Joey Marino represented us when we made the difficult decision to do a short sale of our home. I will start off by saying there are a lot of great real estate agents and realtors out there, but very few have the knowledge and patience that Joey had in the whole short sale process our home. Anyone who has been through the short sale process knows that it is very difficult and can be very stressful at times. We were definitely stressed to the max and needed help! Joey took over and was absolutely wonderful through the whole process. Poor Joey, between texts and phone calls we probably asked him a hundred different questions and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. I felt like he truly had our best interest at heart the whole time.
